Exchange Policy
We offer replacements only in the case of incorrect deliveries or manufacturing defects. In such situations, Silk Jewels will provide you with a replacement item at no extra cost to you. Here’s how the replacement process works:
- Incorrect Delivery: If you received an item that doesn’t match your order, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return pickup and ship the correct item to you as soon as possible.
- Manufacturing Defects: If you discover a manufacturing defect within 7 days of receiving your jewellery, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the return process and, upon inspection of the item, send you a replacement.
Important Notes:
- To ensure a smooth return or replacement process, please keep the product in its original packaging along with all tags, labels, and accessories.
- We will not accept returns for products that have been damaged due to mishandling, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or replaced unless they have manufacturing defects.
